SIP is the Algarve's mobile coffee, matcha and cocktail trailer, run personally by Ellie and Dan, bringing a warm, personal service to weddings, celebrations and private events across the Algarve, prepared to order from our distinctive converted trailer.

Dan offers language and medical support for the expat community, plus private Portuguese tutoring.
SIP is a mobile coffee and matcha van (also known as a coffee trailer) roaming the Algarve, serving specialty coffee and healthy bites to the local expat community.
Ellie and Dan run SIP themselves, so when you find the van, it's usually one of them pulling your shot. We also take SIP out for private hire and events.
